Optima will:

  • Be responsible for the management of HR projects to include:
    • Project budgets
    • Resources (internal and/or external)
    • Timelines
    • Risks
    • Third party vendors
  • Be responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company and department strategy.
  • Continually communicate with internal stakeholders about on-going project progress.
  • Oversee post-project evaluations and follow-up.
