Job descriptions are a critically important means to articulate the most important outcomes organizations need from an employee performing a particular job, by outlining the duties and responsibilities necessary for success.

Optima will:

  • Develop a position analysis questionnaire and conduct interviews with individual contributors and management to fully understand the scope of roles and the hierarchy of them within the organization.
  • Revise position descriptions and identify benchmark roles.
  • Ensure descriptions are legally compliant with federal wage and hour laws.
